Theoretical and practical sessions about finding the energetic points where you may have an energy blockage and working in liberating that energy through different techniques of breathwork, mantras, aromatherapy, asanas and more. 

The energy gets stuck due to traumas, resentments, lack of communication and/or genetic pass on blockages. This accumulated energy feels like chains and limitations that don’t let us feel entirely free and plentiful until it releases, it may  affect your relationships and it manifests sooner or  later in physical pains, disabilities or illness.
