You will be guided into a meditation or yoga nidra which is known as a conscious dream. During the practice, you will find yourself in that ZEN place (optimum state of relaxation) between conscious and subconscious.  Practiced on a regular basis it helps clearing the mind and it syncs feelings, thoughts and actions. It is well recommended for mild insomnia and anxiety.
